- What does white-label videography actually mean?
- You sell the video, and your studio name goes on it. I shoot and edit the film as a subcontractor to you, and the couple never engages me directly. To them, video is simply part of what your business offers.
- Will you ever contact my clients?
- No. I don’t approach couples directly, and I don’t follow up with them after the day. Every conversation about the booking runs through you. On-site I’m introduced as part of your team.
- Do you post the work on a portfolio or social media?
- No. I operate with zero consumer presence. There is no public portfolio, no social media, and no tagged locations. I don’t build an audience from your weddings, so your name is the only one attached to the film.
- Who owns the finished footage?
- You do. Every frame is licensed to you outright, so you can deliver it, edit it, and market with it under your own brand without crediting anyone else.
- How do we avoid getting in each other’s shots?
- We brief before the day and agree the shot list and the timeline together. Three of my cameras sit locked off on tripods, set thirty minutes before anything starts, so they never move into your frame. I work the fourth one around you.
- What equipment do you bring?
- Four production cameras, a production drone for aerials, three 32-bit float audio recorders, and my own reception lighting. It all comes to every wedding, so you are never quoting around what gear is available.
- Why three separate audio recorders?
- Ceremony audio cannot be reshot. One recorder goes on the groom’s lapel and stays there all day, one takes a feed from the venue’s desk, and one backs up the microphone itself. 32-bit float cannot clip, so a shouted vow and a whispered one both come back usable.
- What happens if the drone can’t fly?
- Aerials are always weather and airspace permitting. If conditions or regulations rule it out on the day, the rest of the coverage is unaffected. The drone supplements the film rather than carrying it.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Brisbane and the wider South East Queensland region, including the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Byron Bay. Ask about anything further afield.
- How far ahead should I book a date?
- As early as you can. I shoot every wedding myself and take only one booking per date, so availability is genuinely finite. Check the date before you pitch an all-in-one package, not after.
- How is the film edited?
- To look like it came from you. We agree colour and pacing up front so the final film reads as an extension of your photography rather than a different studio’s house style.
- What format is the footage delivered in?
- Premium, unbranded footage in a format that drops straight into your existing edit pipeline. The delivery is built to disappear into how you already work.
